Go-Shu Blue Super Premium Sake Junmai Ginjo
300 ml and 720 ml
SMV +4 (Medium Dry)
Alc/Vol 15%, 60% milled rice
Delicate fruity center palate with extra smooth and light dry tail.
This is true session sake. Equivalent to some of the best sake made
in Japan. Best when chilled, also delicious at room temperature
or when slightly warmed.
Match with foods as per a Semillon Sauvignon Blanc.
Fantastic with Sashimi and all fresh seafood, try with Sydney
Rock or Pacific Oysters au Natural. For something easy enjoy with
Smoked Salmon and Caviar with a sprig of dill and unripened cheese
or try with rice crackers and either Camembert or a Double Brie
Cheese.
