Subtle fruit nose, light bitter/dry hint on flavoursome spirity notes with a deliciously dry finish. Generally consumed warmed (Atsukan Style) served from a Tokkuri (Sake Flask) and poured into a Choko (Sake Cup). This is very much a traditional style, premium dry quality sake that can also be consumed chilled or at room temperature.

Match with foods as you might a dry white wine.

Delicious when served with sashimi, sushi, noodles, battered or barbecued foods and all Japanese, Korean and fusion style cuisine.

Try with Spaghetti Bolognese or Tuna Mornay.
