Light fruit nose, slight bitter/dry hint on flavoursome spirity notes with a deliciously dry finish. Can also be comsumed chilled or at room temperature. Flavour profiles changes at different serving temperatures.

Match with foods as you would an Unwooded Chardonnay.

Excellent with Sashimi and Teppanyaki barbecued Food. Goes well with a mature cheddar cheese.
